Oral & Head/Neck Cancer Organizations

Oral & Head/Neck Cancer Organizations

Not a generic cancer list — these are the organizations doing real work specifically for people fighting oral, head, and neck cancers. I’ve used some of these myself.

SPOHNC — Support for People with Oral and Head and Neck Cancer

A national survivor network that matches you one-on-one with someone who’s had the same diagnosis and treatment. Over 125 local support group chapters across the US and Canada.

Oral Cancer Foundation (OCF)

The most complete education hub for oral cancer specifically — patient forums, free screening events nationwide, and clear guides on treatment side effects most doctors don’t have time to fully explain.

Head and Neck Cancer Alliance (HNCA)

Strong focus on life after treatment — survivorship, caregiver resources, and Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Week programming.

American Head and Neck Society (AHNS)

More clinical than the others — useful if you’re trying to find or vet a head-and-neck specialist in your area.

This list will keep growing. If you’ve found an organization that helped you, let me know and I’ll add it.
